How often can you come round to clean my house windows? You can choose to have your windows cleaned every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. I have a business property that need the windows cleaned more frequently. Can you do this? Yes please contact us to arrange the frequency. We already do some pubs and restaurants once a week or once a fortnight. How do we pay you if we are not in when you clean our windows? When we have finished your windows we will leave you with a bill. It has all the information you need to send a cheque. Can I pay you via internet banking? Yes you can, if you let us know that you wish to do this, we can give you our bank account details. Why are you doing upstairs windows with the pole system? New health and safety laws (the Work at Height Regulations 2005) state that "employer's have a duty to avoid work at height where they can". Due to this we use our advanced pure water system to safeguard yourselves from any liability claims and keep our staff safe. Please visit the HSE website for more information. Does the pole system really work? Yes it does. Sometimes it take a couple of cleans to remove all traces of detergent from the window, but after that they are fine. Customers are amazed at the results. Can you clean my inside windows? Yes we can if you are in. It is difficult to give you an exact time but we always try and assist.
